Insa for Primrose

I don't tend to make skirts for Primrose. She's steadier on her feet than she used to be though, so I figured, why not. I put this on her to check the elastic and she started spinning around and around. She really likes it. It's made of corduroy, all new purchases. I may make her a matching jacket. This was my first project on the new Kenmore. I totally bungled the 1st top skirt. I decided to put ribbons and elastic on it and it looked horrid. The fabric also kept crawling out from under the presser foot. The second draft of the top skirt I increased the presser foot pressure and left off the ribbons and vertical elastic. Much better all around.
